The Univercell outlet in TTK, Chennai has very poor customer service. I bought an LG 90 phone two months back for Rs18000. The phone is terrible & the camera quality is very bad. So I thought of exchanging this & purchasing another mobile. When I went there today the staff was very rude & offered only Rs 4000. In fact they did not envisage any interest in the exchange & did not answer my queries. They kept talking amidst themselves & did not bother to look after the customer’s needs. I gave them a bit of my mind & walked out.
I went to another mobile store & got a better offer. But I dont recommend Univercell to anyone, purely because of the extremely bad customer service & rude behaviour by the staff
