Vodafone Fraud in Data Plan

Hi,

I have a corporate connection of Vodafone post-paid service for almost 2 years. In this July bill, I noticed that I had been wrongly charged Rs 129 for a couple of application downloads that never happened. I hadn’t even heard of the apps they said I had downloaded. Even after being 100% sure I thoroughly checked my handset for the downloaded apps but found nothing. I called up the customer care, but like always, found a clueless so called “executive” on the other end of the line.

I can see many such complaints are already there. but not sure why you guys are still charging for the thing that we haven’t used.

Expecting resolution from you guys.

  3. Vodafone people are lying. they didnt called me at any time…

    i got reply from vodafone customer care..

    I am not satisfied with answers about data downloaded by me.

    If i have dowonladed something vodafone should have billed that in my data account and not seprately. and if i have purchased something they could i have billed me in that instant only. why will they add my bill in Vodafone bill.

    Also you havent mentioned about how much data i have downloded.

    Also how could other guys (multiple cases mentioned in consumer forums) also downloaded same thing for which you have billed them..

    You guys are fraud…….
