Water purifier service centre- not responding for a month

My Aqua Guard water purifier of Eureka Forbes was purchased about 6 months ago and gave many troubles from one month after the purchase. Now since a month the service centre people only say they will solve the problem in 24 hours but never the promise materializes. They stopped answering the calls now. The company doesn’t help the customer either though the complaint is done on line in their official website. I need justice, I need due value to the price I paid.
