Dear Sir/Mam,
I got a new Postpaid card of vodafone with no.9930354343, I requested them to send me paper bills which i am not receiving it. After cross checking my bill E-bill I saw Rs.49 have been charged for d2c_mgossip_pack49 which I have not downloaded or asked for on inquiry they say the server cannot be wrong and it say that you have used. please accept my complain and look forward.
