My mobile number is +91-9312031533, I am a reliance post-paid customer since last 4 years.
Few days before I have requested to change my PLAN from “SPUNLTDONNET440” to “UNLIMITEDLOCSTDR_499”, with the reference number “3919560651”.
For this I was told that in my next cycle (i.e 7th of the month) my PLAN will be activated. But today 14th July 2014, still when I saw the mobile, my new PLAN is still not activated.

Hi Reliance Communications,
I discussed on call with your customer service associate and he asked me to send the mail for the reimbursement. I have send the mail to the “[email protected]” but still I didn’t find any confirmation mail.
Can you please let us know, how much time will it take for reimbursement ?
