Extremely poor service! The DTDC person had taken my courier, i had asked prior booking if the area was under coverage, he confidently took my courier and money. I waited 10 days for it to get delivered. When i realised my courier was not delivered i tried tracking the courier, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AVAILABLE. Managed to get a phone number, the person does not take calls half the time. Finally today i got back the courier and THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE MONEY! This is not acceptable and very irresponsible.
