Dear sir/madam, On 11 july 14 I requested tata sky for relocation of dis tv ( my subscription id # 1019691342) & got a work order # E3ACI6D at 11:08 am & subsequently received a call from local associate who commited to instal the dis tv before 5:00pm. However no body came even did not to inform, when I call to the local (9574410000) engineer no body picked up the call. In the mean while i called TATA SKY for several time and also register my complaint (#EACI6D), however no result till 13th july 14. Further on 12th july again i called several times to Tata sky also called their nodal office but no result. Even to day morning have called wo time but all in vain. Have already escalated to tatasky through mail but not received any response.
This is just mental harassment from TATA SKY that apart already spent too much of money for calling them my total telephone STD bills for 69.76 mnts, further TATASKY is charging my account on daily basis despite I am unable to use their service on account of TATASKY’S mistake.

You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [email protected] or call their Toll Free Number at 1-800-1806633. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your relocation issue.
