Money defrauded against fake job offer

On 11 July’14, i received calls from 9212265988, 9210853328 stating that they are calling from www.Naukrihr.com . They told me about an opening in Bharti Airtel Ltd., Ranchi for Manager position in Quality Assurance.They offered me lucrative salary of 14-16 lacs/annum.On asking further they informed me that they are calling from naukri hr department and that they got my details from job site shine.com.
At first some Mr Bhargav from naukrihr.com called from 9212265988 and asked me to register and pay 2500/- for service charge through debit card. I paid it through my ICICI debit card against order no. 210000117201410595820. Thereafter he asked me to send my ID and debit card scanned copy over [email protected] which i did.
After that some Mr Sumit from naukrihr.com, called from 9210853328 and asked me to pay another 5500/- through the order no 210000117201411396940 for the creation of my customer id.I paid the amount again through my ICICI debit card. He provided me customer id no. r2j122439 after the payment was successful.
On asking for the receipt of the payments that i made, he told that the back end team will be sending the receipts over mail soon.
Meanwhile he transferred the call to some Mr Puroshottam, who claimed to be some senior.He asked me to pay 10000/- as charge against document verification.Also, he told that he was very close to HR head of Bharti Airtel, Ranchi,Mr Rohtas Sharma.Once the payment is made, he asked me to send documents for verification upon which he asked me to go and meet Mr Rohtas Sharma.He told me that the job was 100% confirmed.Meanwhilw he kept avoiding giving any information over mail.
On raising concerns on the genuiness, he told me that once i make the final payment of Rs 10,000, his backend team will be sending all details & receipts over mail.
On getting suspicious and asking for the refund, he told that that was not possible. He told me that I will have to pay Rs 10,000 more to get the job.
I request for immediate action against this fraudulaent site and its personnel and refund of my defrauded amount.
