irresponsible customer care

few days ago i made a recharge of 116 rupee, i did not got my recharge then i wanted to resister complain to get my recharge, they tried to not resister my complain and at last when i said forcefully to resister complain, they said to wait for 24 hour . after that neither customer care is available nor my money is refunded. so i wanted to know where is my money, plz collect data from below”
