i placed order 3qty of products on Homeshop18 ,ordered on 17th june 2014 ,they delivered 1 qty of product on 23 june 2014.Then i raised a complaint:Out of 3qty products i received only 1 qty of product.
when i make a call to Customer care, Every time they were asking about complaint and they saying like with in 3 days we will solve your problem.
I requested more than 4 times through mail and Phone.Already 25 days are over ,So what should i do now ,Please Take action on this kind of fraud sites .
