return request of crompton greaves tac 341 cooler non working on arrival

Sir I purchased crompton greaves cooler from shopclues on 4 may 2014, the product reached to me on 22 may 2014, when I fill water in it the tank was leaking, after few hours main fan was not working , on 22 may 2014 I send a return request, they asked photos and videos of the product. I send photos and videos than after 7 days, a mail came to me they told that product is under warranty so contact crompton greaves service center, I called them they came and gave me a job sheet stating transit damage , I sent job sheet to shopclues, after 7 days they told that pick up of product arranged our courier team will contact you soon. Sir from last 2 months I am suffering a lot, they are making excuses . Here in lucknow it was too hot and how I managed without cooler I cant describe in words,. Sir in this whole process I spent near about 2000rs on calls, 1000 rs on mails, my son 4 5 year old suffered from heat stroke , more than 12000rs spent on treatment, the cooler cost was 6500, and for whole summer I was without cooler , still struggling please help me sir thanks
