Around three month before i made port out request to vodafone , after waiting 7 days time i got a massage that your request has been cancelled due to contractual agreement call on customer care.
I followed customer care they took one week time to deactivate contractual agreement, after that i got confirmation from vodafone that contractual agreement has been deactivated , now you can port , again a raise a request for porting this time again after 7 days from porting request raised same massage i received .
Again i called for same & again something i was told by customer care of vodafone , third time after confirmation on mail by Vodafone to port out again & contractual agreement deactivated , still i am facing same problem & my request has been rejected due to contractual agreement today 08/07/2014 after waiting 7 days time.
I am mentally disturbed by Vodafone service.
