I am taken the website(www.arroh-e-services.com) from I-sparsh. Mr.S.K. Gupta (0936520938) is not receiving the phone and his api is now blocked and I have Rs.3517/- balance left in it. One day he had received the phone and said he will activate the api in the evening but it does not happen. Then I hv said him to integrated another api in the website and I have sent the link to his mail but till now also it is not activated. the website cost is 10000/- & I have paid him Rs.6000/- in two installments. I am asking him to take the remaining amt & give the website admin panel details so that I can develop it from other developer but he is saying to pay me the amt first. I said how can I thrust you now, you give me first then I will. Plz give me some suggestion so that I can get out of this man. I will not say him a fraud person because he may be in some trouble but he must say it to me by receiving the phone. For last 3 months I am in very much tension for this man & company.

Ya we stopped services of arroh-e-services and dont start their services without payment. The concern person pappu dey want source code of application which is not in deal. He need to add additional API which is also not possible without payment. How he think about services without paying any thing ??? We provided him full software application ready and in working but he regularly giving excuses only. First installment was of 5000/- and this person send 4000/- is it not a joke second installment he send is 1000/- then again 1000/- in third. What he think that we are doing charity here ?????
