Charged Extra without causes

Hello,

Myself Manan H. Patel. I have Vodafone connection having Mobile Number – 9879882048. In my bill of June, I was charged as following extra to regular bill:

(1) 2 Times X hello1_tvallsouth_30 [ 2 x 30 = 60 Rs.]
07/06/2014 and 17/06/2014
(2) 1 Time shotformat_dwnlp_99 [99 Rs.]
15/06/2014
Total: 159 Rs. + Taxes.

While talk with consumer executives of Vodafone, he was not sure about the charges and explained me some apps in my smartphone might had done. However i am using the same apps till last four months. Please arrange to waiver or credit back my charges including taxes.

    Hi,
    I am a vodafone customer. I have been charged 258 Rs. for downloads which I have not done. Further, I have 2G unlimited plan of RS. 199 so I dont understand why this download charges? Details of links and charges are as under:

    2 times— hello1_tvallsouth_30 Rs. 30 x 2 = 60
    2 times– dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut0013 Rs. 49 x 2 =98
    myplex_ap_100 Rs. 100

    I have not downloaded any of the above links.
    I have tried to complaint over phone as well as live chat but the customer care was unable to give me any proper reply.

    Further, while I was trying to resolve the issue, today I got a message from spam number that “thank you for subscribing myplex vodafone TV” but I have not subscribed to any such thing.

    While I was planning to issue a legal notice and file a case against vodafone in consumer tribunal, i came across this online forum and surprised to see that vodafone kind of big company is doing such a fraud activities. What a deterioration of standards.

    I cannot wait for more as last date to pay my bill is 25/07/2014 and if I will not pay bill i will again be charged late fees of Rs. 100/- So either this forum or consumer court but I need to do something as ap.

    @Vodafone India: can you help me get my refund as ap ?

    Now we have to check whether or not Vodafone is replying on our issues.

    hi
    i am also vodaphone coustomer I have been charged 49 Rs. for downloads which I have not done
    I have 3G up to 750mb and 2G unlimited plan of RS. 299 so I dont understand why this download charges?

    I have not downloaded any of the above links.
    Further, while I was trying to resolve the issue call in to the call center
    Vodafone is replying this is your mistack not our …..i have also record this call
    so sir please help or resolve this issue……

    Hi all Vodafone Users,

    Again I am charged with Rs. 30 for downloads which I have not done. Tried to solve the issue with Vodafone customer care and complained too. but no results.
    Now, I am going for consumer complaint. Who ever wants to join me in filing consumer complaints, please contact me on [email protected]

    Many cusstomers if complaint, it will be more effective.

    Hi,

    I am a Vodafone Customer from Vodafone Rajasthan Circle using 2G data plan .
    Vodafone has charged me Rs 30/- for downloading hello1_tvallsouth_30 (2 times) in my current month bill.

    They have charged me Rs 60/- for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded.

    I have also registered my complain on the Vodafone website and have called the customer care but i didn’t received a proper answer.

    Exactly same problem…Rs 100 deducted with a msg from myplex congratulating me for downloading a pack…even before this twice Rs 30 has been deducting…should v start boycotting Voda or are all companies fraud these days??

    Even I am facing the same problem with download charges for the downloads I have never done. Not sure what is happening with Vodafone.

    Hello, mine also vodafone 7567395489 without any reason 99 Rs was cut and when i comlained on 198 they said u have clicked by mistake on a payed website charged 99 Rs for shotformat 99 i dont know what it is. And i havent used any payed website. Please do some thing this vodafone people cuts Rs without any reason many times it happened.

    Recently these type of downloading charges also charged to me by Vodafone, Myplex_ap_100 they charges 100 Rs.
    I also tried to complaint over phone as well as live chat but the customer care was unable to give me any proper reply.

    Off late vodafone has become a big cheat. I was charged rs 100 last month on 11/10/2014 for downloading myplex_ap_100. I definitely did not download this app. someone should take stight action on the frouds these MNC’s are creating in india. They dare to do these things in foreign countries due to the stringent laws. but in India they flout the law openly.

    I too got charged for these downloads three times and when I contacted vodafone customer care they said I downloaded it. I am 100% sure I did not do that but they do not believe. I asked for a refund or cancel the subscription but nothing happened as of yet. Very poor and horrible service from such a reputed service provider.
