This is Amit Das from Kolkata.I was using a Micromax A handset.On 20th June due to touch problem I had submit this phone at M/s TECHNIQUE SERVICES Kolkata at Chandni area.Time of submission they told me that it will take 7-10 days.I have called them four times but every time they are telling me my handset is not repaired due to touch screen is not available to the company.Last day when I was calling them & forced them for the reason for late,they told me they dont know how much time need to repair this handset,If I want then I can take back the handset.Micromax is a authorized brand in India now,however their service center can tell the customers this kind of things in warranty period.I have sent email on microamx official mail id,but they dont give any rply.Please do needful asap.My jobsheet no is E030410061410341318.My contact no is 9830558877.Please help me for this things.
