facilities as told during taking membership not provided yet

the company has given us a assurance through their agent daksh and sanjay posted in ansal plaza centre to provide us free air ticket once during one year for travel and also event passes during one year as well as fitness club membership of the club for free with membership but such thing does not take place in one year
i have taken the scheme on 14/5/13 with payment of 140,000 (one lakh forty thousand rupees) and no facilities till date has been provided to me and the same time their behaviour towardsthe customer is very rude.i want that my money should be returned as in view of poor facility i dont want to continue with company anymore
