I am Mrityunjay Sharma From Surat and my MDCN no 9374151557 i want to inform you, your customer care executive give me wrong information regarding bill and expired date confirmation he said me sir your bill generate month of 18th you can pay your bill after bill generate, my plane have advance postpaid plan i many time call care department regarding he confirmed me 18th of month then why i will pay extra payment i want plz close my connection i don’t want poor service…

solve my problem asap and you can check our all call detail..

now i go consumer forum regarding this issue ..

apke galt information se mera nuksan ho raha hai aap kitne logo ka aisa nuksan kiya hoga .. aapke care executive ne confirm kiya tha ki sir aap 5th date ke ander bill pay krke active karva skte apko koi charges nahi bharna hoga to mai bill nahi bhara now jb mai three month ka plan activate karane ke li jane walal tha to aapke 295 ka payment bol rahe ho pay karne ke liye fir 700 fir 1350 itne pasie sirf aapki glti ki vajase me bharna padega mai nahi bharuga jb tk mera prblm nahi solve hoga
