AIRCEL HAD DEDUCTED SOME AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT,I HAVE COMPLAINED AT 198 (CUSTOMER CARE )ON 3RD JULY 10.09AM,ONE OF THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME THAT THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 24HRS.
AGAIN I CALLED AT 9.30 ON 4TH JULY,ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME ITS NOT YET 24HRS SO WAIT TILL 10.09 YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED….
NOW ITS ALREADY 3.50PM,NOT A SINGLE MONEY IS REFUNDED YET..
MONEY ACTUALY IS NOT A MATTER TO COMPLAIN RATHER THEIR(AIRCEL REPRESENTATIVES)FALSE COMMITMENTS RAISE MY ANGER…PLEASE LOOK OVER IT..THEY USUALLY USED TO MAKE THIS TYPE OF FALSE COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMERS..KINDLY TAKE ACTION REGARDING THIS MATTER..
