cloths of Raymond company were handed over to the Tailor for stitching a pant & shirt then he gave date 29.06.14 to return. on the given date went to the shop but he told that your cloths has not been stitched till now. then, he gave next date after two days. went on 2.7.14 but the cloths were not there and he told that the cloths has been handed over to another person. then he said to come in evening to take another cloths in lieu of misplaced/misappropriated cloths. when i went there, he offered me local brand cloths. when i requested to return raymond brand cloths, he asked to provide the bill of the cloths.
with regard to bill it is to intimate that the bill was in the bags wherein the cloths. the polythene bags was inadvertently kept with the cloths at the shop. the shopkeeper has availed the benefit of bill which was left at shop. then i requested to him that the bill will be provided after collecting the photo copy of the same from the shop from where bought(ALWAR, Rajasthan). then he replied that he will buy as per his choice and give me. then i requested that cloths should be bought in my presence and same quality. he refused and said it will be on my choice. please accept my complaint and punished him so that he never cheat any body deliberately.
