Samsung 55 LED TV

Hi Team,

This is Jaipal Reddy from Hyderabad. I have purchased a Samsung 55 LED TV @Pratuname LED center,Bangkok,Thailand on 06/07/13.

On June 12th 2014 the TV is not turning ON. I have called to Samsung service center. ON 15th of June service center persons took the TV and informed that Panel board is the problem.I don’t have International warrently. I agree to pay the service charge.So they given estimation of 45K. I am ready to pay the amount. I have paid some token amount.

After a week they infomed me that BN95-00895A panel board is NOT Available. And return back the TV to me.After that i’m not getting any reply from service center.

Please help me to reslove this issue.Can i fill a case against On Samsang (but purchased At Bangkok,Thailand)???? I have purchased the TV @ 90,000 ( in Thai it’s 39000 k).

Please do not purchase SAMSUNG LED TVS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Be carefull!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
