Non Deliver of Vehicle after full payment since 4 month

I had booked a Ford Ecosports variant Titanium (Diesel) on 27/02/2014 with Sairam Wheels Pvt Ltd Bhilai (Booking No 311) and deposited Rs 50000/- vide receipt number 3076, and it was assured that they will deliver me the vehicle in the last week of April OR May 2014 1st week. On query the dealer informed that the vehicle is ready so kindly deposit the rest amount for the billing with the company. I visited to the showroom and deposited the amount Rs 875000/- vide receipt number 347 dated 07/06/2014 with again assurance the vehicle will reach within a week and it will be delivered to me. I had taken vehicle loan from Oriental Bank of Commerce Bhilai wherein they are demanding the Invoice as well as Sale letter/ Insurance/ Registration Paper.The bank has started the interest on the loan amount which is a financial loss to me. Kindly ask the dealer to deliver the vehicle soon to me other wise no option will be left to me to suit a case file against the Dealer Sairam Wheels Pvt.Ltd Bhilai. I am approaching to the Dealer and to the customer care wherein they are not properly responding. As no option was left to lodge a complain in the National Consumer Forum.
