Delay in reconnections and false commitments

I shifted to a new apartment in Bangalore 4 days ago. Initially I was residing in ITPL road where the PIN code is 560048. Now, I have moved only 1 km away, where the PIN code is 560037.
I requested Tata Sky for disconnection and reconnection of my dish antennae. The personnel made the disconnection 4 days ago on 29-June-2014. I requested for reconnection to my new apartment immediately that day.
The customer care executive promised it will happen in 24 hours. I informed them that in my new society (Gopalan Habitat Splendour, Kundalahalli), installation is not allowed after 6 pm. The customer care executive noted the same and said the installation will happen as soon as possible.
Yesterday (after 3 days) a person called me for installation at 8 pm. He said he will come at 10 am today. I called him on his no. but he did not reply. Then I received a message saying the installation will happen at 1840 hrs (despite my request that installation should happen before 6pm as per society rules). I called again, and the customer care executive said that I will receive a call within an hour. No one called. I just received a message saying that the connection will be done in 24hrs.

This is regretful and I have been falsely commited several times with no action.
