Quality of the product is very poor

I have purchase Iberry Auxus Xenea X1 from ebay on 06.04.14 and it has giving problem since its purchase. I have lodged a complaint on 10.04.14 to iberry india and they are suggesting to update firmware . I have do the same things as suggested by iberry, But the problem of the mobile will increasing day to day. Some new problem will arise in the handset. Iberry advice to submit the handset to their service centre and i have handed over the handset on 24.05.14 and the mobile has given back by service centre on 07.06.14 after various reminders. After getting repaired handset, the problem against rises with its camera, fm etc on 08.06.14. Again i have written to iberry , but they were not responding. After wiring various reminders, they are again asking to submit the handset to service centre. Since the response of the service centre of iberry delhi is very horrible , i have sent the handset to their Chennai service centre as suggested by iberry. The handset has delivered to their chennai service centre on 20.06.14, but they are still not sent the replacement, however looking to the nature of the complaints of the handset, it is clearly indication of manufacturing defect.
