Complaint against Bad Behavior of Manager

Dear Forum Members,

I would like to inform you that I got a very bad behavior from the manager of Capital Electronics , near Chinar Park. I had bought a Samsung Refrigerator from that shop and with that refrigerator there was a gift from Samsung worth Rs.2000. The manager of the shop told me that the containers would be delivered within one week to my address. But even after 1 month I did not receive the containers. When I called him regarding the gift (earlier also I called Capital Electronics) today he was shouting at me and ordered me to collect the containers from shop.

I request a strict action against the manager of Capital Electronics Chinar Park Kolkata for his extremely rude behavior and unruly behavior towards a customer.
