Not given the prizes after winning

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Rushiraj Sampat from Amreli,Gujarat.I have a complaint regarding a contest organized by Universal Music Group and after winning the contest they are now refusing to give the prize.The details of the contest are: The Universal Music Group company has launched a card game called “Startrax Trading Card”.And in the end of the March 2013 they have organized a promotional offer on these cards.There was a sms contest and the prizes were 2 kinds of prizes to be won (1) daily prizes (2) Mega prize. Daily prizes were 5000 rs Cash Prizes,1psp,1Karoke mic,1ipad mini Mega Prize was a trip to Disneyland HongKong for 4 persons. In order to participate in the contest we have to buy these StarTrax Trading card contest cards.the cost of the Cards were 250 rs per pack.And there were 10 cards in a pack.There is a unique code printed on the card and we have to sms this code to 58558 and the sms charges were 3 per sms.There was daily 5000rs cash Prize to be won and the contest duration was of 2 months means from 30/03/2013 to 30/05/2013 .So I played this contest for 2 months and won the vouchers worth 2.75 lakhs rupees.As the company was not promoting this contest on TV and Social media properly,no one was participatin in the contest except my family.So I won almost all the vouchers that were to be won in the contest.And I also won an ipad mini.1 Sony PSP,1 Karaoke Mic.I had participated from the different mobile numbers and won all the prizes in the name of my all family members.I had also read the terms and conditions of the contest on the www.startrax.co.in and then participated in the contest and there was no rule that one person can win only one prize.You can win as multiple times but each time the unique code printed on the card must be different.So after winning 50+ vouchers,ipad mini,Sony psp and a Karaoke Mic.The Universal music Group is refusing to give any prize to my family.As they are thinking that we have done cheatin and participated in the contest.But if there is only one participant in the contest and no one is participatin then it obvious that my family has won so many prizes from the contest.
