connection termination

since past two month i am visiting the reliance outlet for terminating my netconnect+ connection.But they are just avoiding my request and asking me to come on another date and incresing the outstanding payment.On 22nd may i went to the reliance outlet for terminating this connection and they asked me to come on 2nd june without telling that i have to pay the extra charges for these days.Then on 5th june,i requested the customer care executive to terminate the number and lodged a request,they told me that it takes 7 days to stop the billing and then number gets terminated but they stopped the billing on 24th june.And now outstanding money amonts to 1600rs .I have not used this connection for past two months,just because of the carelessness of relaince outlet,i have to pay this extra money,sir i request you to help me.
