I had booked a consignment on 16th June from DTDC Goregaon branch (opp. Nirlon Knwldg Park) (Ref no. M07004452). The courier was to be delivered to Sambalpur. Today, it is Saturday, and even after 5 days the courier is not yet delivered. On inquiring at your call center twice I received two different replies. One said it was booked on 17th and the other said it was dispatched on 18th (which is a serious misconduct of the Branch). On further inquiring he said the courier was in Bhubaneswar till Friday. Even after repeated mails to customer support desk I am not getting any satisfactory reply. They are just giving me the status of the courier which I already found out from their tracking site. Ultimately I am the sufferer as the courier was required to be delivered by Friday. On telling that the courier was urgent, the customer support guy replied that it was a “normal delivery”. Does that mean a normal delivery takes 120 Hours to deliver a courier from Mumbai to Sambalpur. At max it takes 36 hours to reach Sambalpur by train. I need a proper resolution even if the mail is delivered.
