Wifi connection not working even after renewing the plan done one week before.
Informed to the customer care atleast 2 times a day then they had finally appointed an engineer who was supposed to come within 24 hrs from the time the complaint was registered.
Its been 2 days that engineer hasn’t come and when we called him that when is he going to come he was talking very rudely.
Very poor service from youbroad band.Please take action as soon as possible.
