I am using gtpl broadband for around 3 and half month.
After 15 days i have get an error-678 which showing-“network cable is
unplugged” , So i am call to customer care for this problem and my problem is
solved in around 5-6 hours, but they do not give me complaint docket number sometime.
Because this problem happenes three times in week.
After 12th April, i have face the problem regarding error-678 which showing-“network cable is
unplugged” for EVERYDAY. So, used to call customer care EVERYDAY and complaint about
this problem and they solved in 2-3 hours. So, you can understand that they have not give me
complaint docket no. everyday.
I HAVE FACE THIS PROBLEM FOR AROUND 50 TO 55 DAYS.
LAST SATURDAY 7TH JUNE I COMPLAINT FOR SAME PROBLEM AND MY INTERNET IS
WORKED FOR HALF DAY AND AGAIN I FACE THE ERROR-678 FOR WHOLE DAY AND THAN FOR
SUNDAY AND MONDAY. ON TUESDAY 10TH JUNE I COMPLAIN STRICTLY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM
FOR LONG TIME, AND THEY NOTED MY COMPLAIN AND SEND ME COMPLAIN NUMBER.
AFTER 15TH APRIL TO 30TH MAY YOUR TECHNISIAN VISITED MY HOME FOR THREE(3) TIMES TO
SOLVE THE ERROR PROBLEM BUT I THINK HE IS FAILED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM IT.
AFTER ALL MY INTERNET IS BEING STOPPED FOR 8 DAYS AND THEY SOLVED MY PRBLEM FOREVR
BY PUTTING POWER POINT IN MY HOME.
NOW, I HAVE TO TELL MY EMBARRASING PROBLEM THAT I CAN NOT USE MY INTERNET FACILITY SMOOTHLY
FOR 50 TO 55 DAYS. I HAVE TO WORK ON INTERNET DAILY AND SENDING THE MAIL TO ANOTHER PERSON DAILY,
REGARDING TO ABOVE ERROR I CAN NOT SEND EMAIL TO MY CLIENT AT PROPER TIME CAN’T USE THE GTPL INTERNTET
FACILITY FOR MY PERSONAL USE NEVER CONTINUSOULY, WHENEVER I SWITCHED ON MY PC THE GTPL INTERNET
NEVER WORKING THEN I HAVE TO CALL YOUR CUSTOMER CARE, THEY NEVER ATTEND MY CALL IN TIME AND
THEY WASTED MY TIME FOR HALF HOUR (30 MINUTES) EVERYDAY.
I REQUEST YOU TO READ PROPERLY ABOVE MASSAGE FROM ME.
I AM REALLY MENTALY HARRASSED FOR 55 DAYS FOR THIS PROBLEM.
I NEED COMPANSATION FROM YOU.
I THINK YOU CAN UNDERTSTAND MY MATTER AND I AM DEFINATELY SUITABLE FOR COMPANTION.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.

BY E-MAIL OR GIVEN NUMBER.
I THINK NODAL OFFICER IS TOTALLY CARELESS AND BLANK FOR CUSTOMER. THEY HAVE NO EARS
TO HEAR CONSUMER.
SO, PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER…
