Hi,
I am an MTNL broadband user from last 2 years. Since last few months I started experiencing frequent disconnection and slow speed of net. I complained on their customer care number 1504/1505 several times but got no resolution. As protest I stopped paying bills since last 4 months (February On wards). The suspended my internet temporarily for non payment of bills 2 months back. Now, I am still receiving bills inspite of no network connectivity service from MTNL. They don’t care to respond to my online complaints as well. Please provide solution.
