I have used the Derma Seta product just once and the charging adaptor was spoilt. When I received the package, the adaptor components were not fixed properly.
So I need a replacement of the charging adaptor at the earliest. Also, I didnt receive the 6 rechargeable batteries, which was a part of the kit.The customer care person drops my call every time I call and state my problem. Please help me with the same!
