aboout 1monyhs and 15 days over but my money not refunded by snapdeal

Hi Arpita

I have registered COMPLAIN against the order number 2036670425 and from your team informed me blue dart ABV no. from day first and after 15 days you give me the same response in which clearly show that your ad team work and your great service delivered product at vishakhapatnam andhra but i have applied it for UP…..now its much time and bad response again now refund my money ASAP as you committed it
