Reliance Broadband internet down since 28th May 2014

My internet connection is down since 28th May 2014 Customer care complaint number is 220812780.dt 28th May 14. Nodal office complaint number is 220852810 dt 29th May 14 and 221027634 dt 3rd June 14.I get answer for my every call that cable fault,complaint is under process.

I have sent emails to [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] on 3rd, 6th &8th June 14.

I do online jobs which are related to particular IP address. My earning is stopped since 28 th May 14 .

I appreciate EFFICIENCY of RCom technical staff/ engineers for not able to restore services even after 15 days. It is disheartening to see bureaucratic approach of the private sector company towards resolving customers’ complaints.
