I am bearing Airtel Prepaid Number.
On 15th May 2014, we had recharged Rs. 153 internet data pack with 1 GB 2G data having validity of 28 days, its expiry being 11th Jun 2014.
Later on 11th Jun 2014, we again recharged Rs. 5 internet data pack with 25 MB 2G data having validity of 1 day, to avoid lapsing of old balance. But the old balance was not carry forwarded.
My question is why the old data balance was not carry forwarded with the new data balance ?
