I am facing increasing problems due to non redressal of my complaints.
I was promised 2 mbps speed which I am not getting even after repeated complaints.
My complaints are not listened and the technician hangs up phone on my face without helping me to solve my problem
I have repeated loss in terms of money as I have to go to internet cafe to surf the net as my net stops working.
And my siblings also face repeated problems as they are unable to complete their projects on time which they get as homework as the net dont works properly.
