The complaint is regarding my RELIANCE broadband connrection.
My Net is not working since 22 May 2014. I called the reliance called customer care & registered the complaint on the same day i was told that it done with in 24 hrs & engineer will visit my home.No enginer visited me for several days so i decided to get the connection disconnected.Then an executive called me after 2 days & said plz dont disconnect & the issue will be resolved by next day nd i will get a waiver on my bill for the days net was down i agreed. but still no engineer visited & the problem remained in bw all this i have recieved the bill although my net is still not working. then the same executive called me & said that i have esclated the matter nd the enginner will solve it nd she will send a new bill. But Still my coonection is not working .
I am shocked to see the way a well reputed company like RELIANCE handeles its customer.
I am fed up with this service of Reliance.
