Red Bus or Fraud Bus
I have booked the ticket from Red bus web portal for emergency.
I didnt received any email confirmation and SMS confirmation for booking ticket, even the amount was debitted from my account. Then I have called the customer (1860 300 10101) for assist me. They simply said please wait for 30 min, or call us after 30 min. because our system is little bit slow It does not updated (?!).
Then I have called them after 45 min. They replied same.
Then I have called them after 30 min, They replied like “There was an issue while you booked. We will return your amount with in 7 working days”.
I have wait for 7 working days. but I didnt get any updates and I didnt get my amount.
Then I have called customer care more than 50 time the replied only “Escalate to the concern person”. and replying the same.
Still now after two week, I didnt get my amount.
