I am using airtel for past 6 years. I had 32.67 rs main balance on 09.06.2014 till 3.19pm. Today (09.06.2014) sharp at 3.20pm airtel deducted my 27.24 rs. At 3.22pm i switch on my data connection and send one message via whatsapp and checked my mobile balance i was shocked i had only 3.02 rupees. i lost my 27.24 rupees. I confused and DIAL 198 airtel customer complaint centre. Ms. Jenifer (Customer Care Exe) responds my call and i asked about the balance deduction she said” Due to data usage i lost 27.24 rupees. she ask me to dial *121*7# for detailed information. I received a message of data usage. Please Note: I switched on my data connection at 3.22 pm. and they detected 27.24rs at 3.20 pm itself. How come?????? our conversation time is exact 6 minutes and 20 seconds. But, She didn’t answered my question. I again dial 198 Mr. Kamalesh response my call and he said the same thing i said the same thing to him too. I switched on my data connection at 3.22 pm. and airtel detected 27.24rs at 3.20 pm itself. How come?????? He didn’t answered then he transferred the call to Higher Executive Mr. Prem has spoke with me he said the same thing later he transferred the call some to Raj (Mr. Sathiyaraj or Sumith Raj or Anantharaj ) i don’t know the name clearly. He too said the same story. He too didn’t answered properly. The total duration i spoke with these 3 exective is 30 minutes and 2 seconds. Finally he said i won’t give your 27.24 rs money . However you spoke it’s waste of time like that. I want my 27.24 rs to refund. Atlast they wasted my time, energy and stoled my 27.24rupees money. This is not fair. I am using data connection for past 2 weeks in main balance at very rate time. Note: I don’t use it continuously i used it at emergency time. I will off my data connection always, will on only if needed. I am totally upset and really disappointed with airtel. I don’t want to use airtel anymore. Thank you very much for wasted my time and energy.
