CHEAT TELECOM COMPANY (AIRCEL)
Sir, my name is saroj and my number is 9658205706, aircel always
deducted money from my account. I use nokia x1-01 for calling, which
has no wap or web connectivity, but they told you have downloaded from
these links which is totally unfair, even there is no option to click
on any link with my handset. you can check my imei number what handset
I am using, they said I downloaded an animation, can they give me the
ip address I have connected, I have all
proves that I didn’t have connected or downloaded anything. think if
they deduct 10, 15or 50 rs from one user, they aretaking crores rupees
from us, its not the issue of a little amount but of a huge amount.
the company cheats people so I have to complain in the consumer court
for myconsumer rights to dismiss the company, so
that in future no company can cheat any customer. sir the company
also provide sim cards without document verification, sir see how many
consumers using sim cards with their own documents. they only want to
increase their service. so sir I request you for real justice. thank
you sir.
