HP fooling with accidental warranty

HP claims to provide free accidental protection for one year. According to their terms and conditions they are not providing any accidental protection as they will not consider any accident caused by us. If we use laptop then only an accident can happen. How can a laptop be get broken up if we are not using it. So how can they claim that they are providing accidental warranty. The word warranty is enough then. They are just fooling people.
