No Network of AIRTEL at my Home

I am facing network problem at my Home address, as I am not getting any network coverage at home and the issue has not been resolved for last 7 years. Our Serious concern regarding the highly negligent and don’t care attitude from AIRTEL are listed below –

1. The problem is persistent for last 6 -7 years, and regular complaints are being registered regarding the problem at customer care.
2. We are not able to complete even a single call from our home without drop and we have to rush out of the home to attend or make any call using AIRTEL Network. Because of this we are facing mental trauma and the financial losses also.
3. Whenever we register a complaint, a technical person visit the site and inform us that the signals are worst at this place and then there is no response from AIRTEL..
4. All the previous complaints are closed without any resolution, no body from Airtel also bothered to inform the possible solutions and actions initiated to resolve the issue.
5. Only solutions which we had been informed is that a new site is proposed at this location and the problem will be resolved in 90 days time. The 90 days of AIRTEL are yet to come even after passes of 6-7 years.

6.Once we have been offered a waiver of Rs. 300 per month on account of not providing the guaranteed services for the connection. After some time that too was withdrawn without any resolution of the problem.

7. On our insistence for raising the issue, many time we have been assured by your customer care executives for a call back from senior executive but none of them has revert back till now except once and that time also the call dropped in between because of the poor signals. After that nobody bothered to call again.

8. We are just sick & tired of making regular complaints at Airtel and we would like to mention that team at AIRTEL is highly Insensitive, Non attentive, Unprofessional & Callous in approach.

9. Although We are continuing to be loyal customer of AIRTEL for almost a decade but we sincerely lost our faith in AIRTEL. Also this time we dont find it worthwhile to continue with the AIRTEL if our concerns are not addressed immediately.
