I hv bigtv connection no. 200923444650. Reliance offers me buy 3 moths package with 1 month free. After recharge i got msg that u got one additional month free but as 3 months are over, they msged me to recharge the account. I tried to conplain on customer care so many time but they dont answer the phone. So i complained online on reliance website but got no response. Everyday they send me message to recharge the account but not ready to give my offered free month.
I am sure i have change to some genuine operator other than this theif company.
