I HAVE PURCHASED 2 OGENERAL SPLIT AC LAST YEAR, THIS YEAR I HAD SOME PROBLEM SINCE APRIL 2014. I REGISTERED COMPLAINT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE, TO THE DEALER I PURCHASED FROM, TO THE SERVICE CENTER AS WELL. BUT NO ONE IS GIVING THE REPAIRED SINCE AFTER 45 DAYS OF COMPLAINT.
THEY ALSO TOOK SOME MONEY FROM ME IN THE NAME OF REPAIRING CHARGES.
BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS.
