Online order not processed for MOTO-G Mobileby- atozshoppinghub.com

Hi,

I have made an order with atozshoppinghub.com for MOTO-G mobile for INR 10005 dated 03rd June 2014 with order# 100000495.

Now, after seen that they have not shipped the product, we tried to call them and they answered stating that we need to pay more to buy some other product, AC, which we do not require currently. They also confirmed orally that they would neither ship our product nor provide a refund of our amount paid of INR 10005/-.

Please do the needful so as to make them refund of our amount as it is a huge amount for our financial crisis we are facing.
