Vodofone connection issue

Hi,

I have a Vodafone Prepaid connection in Bangalore.From today it is telling that my account is suspended.

When i called the customer care they asked me to resubmit the address proof documents in Vodafone office.When i visited they asked me to recharge with Rs:22 to fix the issue and no need to submit the documents.

But till now issue is not fixed .

When i call customer care they are telling me that everything is fine
But i cannot make any call or send sms from my number and there is 291 Rs balance.

I want the connection reactivated and both customer care & vodafone care is not fixing issue

So i want to register the complaint to fix the issue
