Voilation Of Sales Rules

Sir, I am resident of HAL KORWA AMETHI (227412)
In my locality there is a restorant named as MUNCH SQUARE .
I have a complaint agains them that they are selling softdrinks on the price more than its MRP. on asking they say its our shop if u want this will be the nly price.
And as a citizen of india i perfectly know its illegal to sell any item more than its MRP . Hence i want that serious action should be taken against this.
