money of cancelled ticket not refunded by abhibus.com

I have booked a ticket from kothagudem to Hyderabad online in ‘abhibus.com’. The actual date of journey was 22-05-2014. My ticket number is ABRS2905351. But the service got cancelled and the money is not refunded till date. I’ve called up thrice and those people are so careless towards customers that they keep postponing or give irrelevant and silly excuses.
