They are making false promise and collecting money.after some time just adding sorry!what kind of service they providing??? very worst service.
I have submitted documents for broadband on 26/5/2014 and paid Rs 2100. on that time representative from airtel assured will get connection within 3days(before 29/5/2014) but i didn’t got any connection upto now.
when i have contacted customer care again they just saying sorry we can’t provide connection.if they can’t why they conformed feasible, collected money from me within 10 minutes after conformation call and why they kept me waiting for these days?.so rubbish
here my complaint no SR 46465430 and allotted land line no.0422 4337237.
