Subject:-Complain against wine shop and Bad behavior of Seller.
I am a boy of 21 years old and I am not alcoholic But still I think I can complain against wine shop. Sometimes I go to wine shop to buy alcohol for someone and this is normal. There are 2 wine shops near our house, One shop price is always higher than Listed price and when we ask what about the list price then they behave and talk badly to us. So today I decided to go another wine shop and there I found opened seal of bottle they gave to me. I did not said that they did something wrong with it But I just said “seal is broken please see” and they said you broke the seal and started misbehaving with me. Then I took the bottle and started moving from there saying there should be complaints against these shops Then ONE OF THEM STARTED FOLLOWING ME ON BIKE TO BEAT ME AND WAS ASKING ME TO STOP BIKE, I WAS SCARED. I M NOT FEELING SAFE NOW. DO THEY HAVE RIGHTS TO MISBEHAVE WITH US? DO THEY HAVE RIGHTS TO INSULT US? I GUESS IF I DO NOT RUN THE FROM THERE THEN I WOULD BE BEATEN BY THEM.
I DO NOT KNOW IF MY THESE WORDS CAN MAKE SOMEONE TO TAKE ACTION OR NOT. I NEVER COMPLAINT BEFORE THIS. I LIVE IN GIASPURA, LUDHIANA PUNJAB. NEAREST POLICE STATION: SHERPUR CHONKI.
I WANT TO KEEP MYSELF HIDDEN IN ALL THESE THING. I am a Graduate student by science stream. I do not want to indulge in fight. But I am not afraid if a true policeman or someone who really wants to help us.I can prove that they are charging more than listed price. The wine shop seller have boys for fight, like they sent one to chase me and to grab me to them. I am not afraid of them if they kill me but “I THINK I HAVE RIGHT TO LIVE FREELY”.I AM WRITING ALL THESE BEFORE ANYTHINGS HAPPEN.
Maybe my words shows that I am immature But I am writing after seeing a biker chasing me to beat and I do not believe in going to police station because they are hungry for money And they are always in contacts with these kind of people to fill their pockets.
DOES WRITING COMPLAINTS HERE WORKS? IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN LISTEN TO US?? ANYONE WHO CAN HELP US SO THAT WE COULD CONCENTRATE IN OUR STUDY LIFE ALSO?? PLEASE COMMENT OR WRITE HERE IF THERE IS REALLY SOMEONE WHO CAN SEE THIS MSG AND HELP ME. before taking any action please let me know if anyone is really interested in helping me.
