Tata sky agents misguiding on package offers

We checked with Tata sky helpline for new HD connection. They have provided Tata sky agent number in our area for package info and installation assistance. Tata sky agent contacted us and did setup on 19/4/2014. Subscriber id is 1125941110. when the agent updated us it is 2000/- package with HD box and 1 month viewing facility of channels also he updated 2250/- package with HD box and 2 month viewing facility of all channels. We opted for 2250/- package and got installation done. Cash receipt no. is 34354. Tata sky installation service provider address is Novell Enterprises, #1 Y.M. Complex, 1st floor, hosur road, koramanagala bangalore 560 095. From past two weeks i am receiving message that my recharge due date is 26/5/14. i reached out to Tata sky helpline but their response is that they never offered 2250/- package for 2 months viewing. i followed up with installation guy and they promised that the recharge would be done from their end as Tata sky request is pending completion for 2nd month recharge. No one returned back my calls and they disconnected my service today. Today when i call to Tata sky they are telling that they are not responsible for installation guys providing offer details and they have only 1 month recharge. i tried making my point but their answer is we never promised anything and it is your choice to take Tata sky connection. Also the way they spoke is totally embarassing, i asked them to take action on people who are giving this offer and selling connection but they are tellling that they cannot take action against their own people. So finally summary is Tata sky is not taking responsibility of the complaint but asking me to go and recharge without noise. They also gave me a choice of waiting till 30th of this month but the services will stop tomorrow. The way customer service representative spoke is totally shameful as they dont have any experience handling customers.

In a way i am telling that your agents are giving false offers and Tata sky is reluctant to listen to what end customers are telling. Expecting that someone senior folks from Tata sky will resolve this problem. The issue is not about recharging the connection but false promises for setting up connections and reluctance in the way they speak to customer and accountability when working with an organization on customer complaints.

Hope this issue will be resolved soon.
